Job Description:
Provide technical support service to customers and develop a technical solution
Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for Product delivery
- Implement protocols and commend network products
- Deliver project from end to end independently
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues
Job Requirements:
- Product knowledge: Have a basic command of (MA5600T/EA5800/MxU/ONT), voice, broadband, and PON line services and related protocols, and have general knowledge of POL, FTTx, and ONT products
- Strong customer service experience
- Product delivery capability (Have one of the following knowledge: a. Simple access to product solution design, implementation, and delivery; b. Network product service fault locating and network risk assessment and optimization methods)
- Degree: Bachelor’s degree or above
- 3 Years + of related working experience
- General knowledge of basic protocol principles of network products
- CCNA
