Job Description:
The senior engineer is responsible for Huawei Core Network products Maintenance in the field of IMS/PS Product in South Africa. Support the customers in all technical aspects and improve the relationship to the customers.
Job Responsibilities:
- Level 1/Level 2 technical support service to the customers independently or jointly with remote technical support team
- Handle customer service request, get customer voice, track and close the requirement in time
- Perform troubleshooting and emergency recovery to support the Operations and Customer Support teams
- Precaution check, Software/hardware rectification, and software update/upgrade
Job Requirements:
- Good service spirit and strong communication ability
- Good team work and fluent English Required Education / Qualifications:
- Bachelor degree or above
- Strong hands-on skills with extensive experience in the troubleshooting and solving Core network IMS/PS product domain related issues
- Specialization: Electronics science, Telecommunication, Information Technology(IT)
- Good understanding of Telecommunication network architecture from terminal to internet
- Good knowledge of Core network IMS/PS product domain
