Job Description:

The role responsible to drive a small production team forward on a day to day basis whilst achieving set foods quality standards and Health and Safety Standards and KPIs. support and encourage the team in ensuring maximum utilization of operational staff and equipment.

Job Responsibilities:

• Ensure the use of W.I.s procedures to give a consistent platform for carrying out operations
• Control staff levels & report and undertake disciplinary matter (to verbal level) in line with company policy.
• Ensure adherence to all company quality, safety, environmental & production procedures and policies.
• Ensure quality standards are achieved.

Job Requirements:

• Working experience in food production, factory environment
• English language is a MUST
• High school diploma
• Experience for 3 years in Manufacturing and production filed
• Skills in Flexibility/Adaptability, Teamwork and strong Communication skills
• 2 years experience in team management
