Job Description:
To effectively assist the Electrical / mechanical engineers in various maintenance activities on the automated conveyor systems within their area or responsibility. Identify the potential requirements with respect to the system and report to the supervisor. Actively assist the O&M team by rectifying the faults on the system by adhering all the safety practices and ensure the smooth operation of the conveyor system. Need to exhibit team player qualities and need to take ownership of the activities at the site.
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist Mechanical Engineer / Electrical Engineer in smooth operation of the MHE conveyor system.
- Responsible or housekeeping and ensure sate working practices under their AOR
- Execution of different type of cleaning activities in presence of Mechanical Engineer / Electrical Engineer.
- Responsible for reporting all incidents/ unsate findings and suggest for improvement.
- Execution of shifting of Materials, devices, drive motor, scrap material and belts.
- Proper handling/ taking over of all the tools/ job tasks during start/ end of the shift.
- To build and maintain strong relationships and be team player.
- Willing to work in shift.
