Job Responsibilities:

• Own strategic analysis and drive thought leadership on customer migration patterns, revenue realization, customer acquisition costs
• Partner with the Worldwide Migration and Modernization Go-to-Market team and service leaders to evaluate the effectiveness of programs and incentives that focus on customer acquisition and revenue acceleration
• Build rhythm of the business processes that help business leaders understand program performance and progress against goals to guide direction and business decisions

Job Requirements:

• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple, competing priorities in an energetic, fast-paced environment
• Experience working with large datasets and data mining tools (i.e. SQL)
• Advanced Excel modeling skills
• Comfort with ambiguity and creative problem-solving
• 8+ years of finance experience or a related analytical field.
• Excellent business judgment, including strong written and oral communication skills
• Highly innovative and flexible; ability to work with autonomy
