Job Responsibilities:
- Work across orgs to ensure we continue merging internal support capabilities with best-in-class customer experience as new services and features are launched.
- Bring your expertise, problem solving skills, and creativity to add value to our team.
- Manage technical programs to continuously improve our capabilities as AWS continues to grow.
- Unify distributed engineering efforts and own plans to deliver quality outcomes for our customers.
- Enable transparency and decision-making across AWS leadership by providing critical communication and clear status of the initiatives you own.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum of 6+ years in running technical projects/programs
- Demonstrated knowledge of AWS technologies
- Experience in a Software Development Team or working within Agile frameworks
- Experience of working or building with cloud services
- Experience influencing stakeholders across multiple functions
- Experience communicating technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field. In lieu of degree, additional years of hands-on experience may be substituted
