Job Description:

The Digital Planning and Transformation Executive is a key member of the leadership team and is responsible for process transformation, operational excellence, portfolio management, employee engagement, business management functions and overall team harmonization.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Execute on business initiatives to deliver responsible growth and operational excellence through strategic relationships with leadership and key partners
  • Partner with Communications team and own the day-to-day business communications including digital highlights presentations and partnership routines.
  • Partner with leadership and HR to drive employee engagement for the team with a focus on organizational health and development strategies and tactics
  • Partner closely with the Digital Team leaders to drive a culture that balances unfaltering execution with market-leading creativity and innovation, always with the client’s best interest at heart
  • Partner with Finance and manage budget, headcount, capacity and delivery forecasting and planning
  • Build, maintain and execute digital roadmap
  • Drives process transformation with leadership team and key partners
  • Manage team productivity and communication tools setting strategic approach to enable innovation while managing switching and operational costs
  • Represent the team in key cross-organizational routine
  • Own the day-to-day operations of the leadership team and all key leadership routines including hiring and financial routines
  • Drives operational consistency and efficiency in execution across all teams

Job Requirements:

  • Strong executive presence and proficient communicator that instills confidence and builds trust
  • 10+ years of managing and inspiring people to achieve their maximum potential
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively lead and build partnerships with stakeholders and management levels
  • Experience balancing multiple and competing priorities in an extremely fast paced and demanding environment
  • Enthusiastic, highly motived with strong work ethic and focus on achieving results
  • 10+ years of work experience in leading process transformation in a large scale high-performing business, specifically driving Agile transformation
  • Effectively and efficiently coordinates and drives execution of key priorities
  • Innovative with the ability to think and adapt quickly
  • Execute efficiently and successfully with minimal direction and guidance
  • Proven business operations experience
  • Ability to influence senior executives and leaders across the enterprise and to challenge the status quo, produce appropriate changes and implement change
