Job Description:

Be the liaison between cross functional teams and the marketing team to ensure deliverables are on time, accurate, and consistent. Coordinate all testing initiatives alongside Brand Marketing and cross functional teams. Navigate through product testing, and ensure tests are executed successfully. Work with the cross functional teams to ensure marketing priorities and calendars are accurate and shared as needed.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Own testing timelines and work with Brand Marketing to set up, monitor, and execute against testing deadlines
  • Own timelines and work with Brand & Field Marketing to execute opt outs and sell ins of value offerings for tests
  • Work with Brand Marketing, Readiness, Operations, Business Analytics and Field teams to ensure everything comes together for test launches
  • Work with Innovation and National project managers to ensure timelines are lined up across disciplines
  • Track franchisee meetings and due dates of deliverables
  • Manage the process of acquiring photo shoot product and maintaining stock of product available for marketing
  • POs and Budget assistance
  • Assist in Window Review Deck and Window Recaps
  • Be open to anything new that pops up
  • Work with Demand Planning & Supply Chain to establish forecasting due dates for tests
  • Assist in National Window Launch readiness decks

Job Requirements:

  • Appetite for learning and taking on additional marketing activities as opportunities arise
  • Able to communicate with many different teams in a different manor depending on situation
  • Ability to work independently as well as with a team
  • 4 Year Degree preferred
  • Constantly looking for ways to improve.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment with quick turnarounds
  • Can work through multiple workstreams at once
  • 2+ years experience in Project Management heavy roles
  • Detail-oriented with strong organization and project management skills
