Job Description:
As a digital marketing analytics and experimentation manager, you will drive data driven optimization of digital experiences and marketing campaigns across email, social, and web channels. You will work with marketing leaders to analyze campaign performance, derive meaningful insights, build strategy and perform experiments with a goal of incrementally improving digital marketing performance across BlackRock’s business lines.
Job Responsibilities:
- Create and manage digital marketing dashboards that monitor KPIs and engagement
- Build strong relationships with global marketers and cross-functional partners to provide strategic advice on BlackRock’s marketing performance and operational efficiency
- Identify gaps in data and work with data engineering and platforms teams to resolve those gaps
- Effectively communicate data-driven insights to CMOs and their teams that drive action
- Engage with marketing stakeholders to drive a culture of experimentation and analytical rigor across the organization
- Build and communicate insights around digital marketing performance through data, visualization and story telling
- Conduct regular monitoring of digital health metrics, understand trends, and key performance drivers to uncover and communicate actionable insights
- Possess a broad base of skills and knowledge around digital marketing and the use of digital technologies, insights and analytics
- Develop and execute A/B testing and experimentation strategy to optimize digital experiences
- Possess an entrepreneurial drive, while managing client needs and timeframes to broker complex relationships that evolve into real solutions
Job Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience with SQL, Tableau or PowerBI
- 5+ years of experience with Adobe Analytics or Google Analytics
- Have a successful track record of working with digital marketing teams and helping drive product vision, strategy and execution
- Have experience and interest in working in highly challenging multiple-stakeholder environments and have the collaborative-reflex to bring people together to find a common answer
- Have exhibited relentless customer focus, and enjoy being a spokesperson for customers and prospects. You are comfortable engaging business stakeholders on key challenges and working backwards with platform, engineering and design to find solutions
- 3+ years of experience with Adobe Target, Optimizely or other A/B testing tools
- Have a successful track record of leading cross-functional teams to deliver great marketing experiences preferably in large multi-product B2B companies
- Have operated well in unknown and uncertain environments, and enjoy crafting strategy, vision and driving execution in a highly structured and methodical way.
- 6+ years of experience in a digital marketing
- 6+ years of experience in marketing analytics, A/B testing and experimentation
