Job Description:
BlackRock is recruiting for Analyst role in their Rewards Ops team. This role will partner with global professionals from Payroll, Mobile Employee Operations, Benefits Operations, and other sub-functions of the broader HR function. This role will also be responsible for coordinating with Corporate Treasury and Accounting teams in the Finance function in a fast paced and dynamic work environment.
Job Responsibilities:
- Monitoring the bank debits and informing the requesting team upon successful payment.
- Periodic meetings with Corporate Treasury to ensure Payroll banks have sufficient funds for all payments.
- Creation of manual payments on bank sites as per request from various HR functions.
- Maintaining monthly payment logs.
- Maintaining the payment SLAs upstream and downstream.
- Maintaining the list of corporate bank relationship managers across the globe.
- Analysing the bank acknowledgement files to identify potential salary rejections before the pay day and proactive communication with Payroll to pay employees in time.
- Coordination with bank relationship managers to trace payments, if required.
Job Requirements:
- Strong in Microsoft Excel (essential) and Workday (preferred)
- Teamwork including collaborating with remote team members
- Broad knowledge of HR concepts, processes and their interdependencies
- Problem solving
- Desire and ability to provide outstanding service to internal clients
- US/ UK/ APAC Payroll knowledge is preferred
- Bachelors/ Masters’ degree, preferably in Finance
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in HR Operations/ Finance Operations
- A positive and ‘can-do’ attitude
- A high level of attention to detail
- Good communication skills
- Risk Management
- Must be open to work late shifts
