Job Description:
The Recruiter will be part of a small team reporting to the US Head of Campus Recruiting. This person is expected to execute the US campus hiring strategy while building and maintaining strong internal relationships with key business stakeholders and senior leaders.
Job Responsibilities:
- Delivering a differentiated candidate experience from discovery to onboarding
- Customizing marketing and sourcing strategies across our portfolio of partners
- Leveraging data to implement tactics aligned with our hiring strategy
- Partnership with business leaders and stakeholders to ensure a close and collaborative relationship between Recruiting and Hiring Teams
- Develop strategies to bolster outreach to a variety of diverse candidate populations
- Designing, planning, and executing an immersive Summer Analyst experience; as well as events tailored to specific candidate populations, virtually and/or in-person
Job Requirements:
- Strong event planning skills, virtually and in-person
- Experience using digital recruiting tools such as LinkedIn, WayUp, Jopwell, JumpStart, Handshake
- Experience with data reporting and Excel
- Strong communication skills, both written and oral
- 2+ years of Campus recruiting experience
- Bachelor’s degree
- Demonstrated passion for Campus Recruiting
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Demonstrated problem-solver with strong attention to detail
- Ability to manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Ability to balance multiple tasks and prioritize accordingly
