Job Description:

This team will spend mindshare on the top strategic projects for APG. These projects span a range of topics, from tech initiatives (e.g., Cloud, Business Services and APIs) to commercial projects (e.g., Design System, Client Portfolio Solutions) to operations (e.g. Metrics, Resourcing). The team will partner with colleagues across APG and beyond to ensure each initiative is being managed appropriately and is set up to maximize success.

Job Responsibilities:

• Formulate and define project scope and objectives, based upon both business & employee needs
• Optimize for iterative delivery to drive value across user experience, business value, technical feasibility, and business viability.
• Actively participate and lead in project tasks both, strategically and tactically
• Critical metric cadence, tracking, measurement, reporting
• A hands-on approach to managing projects
• Determine project timelines and workload, ensuring completion on schedule

Job Requirements:

• Proven ability to think strategically and focus on business growth
• Desire to leverage data to drive decision-making
• Complex/cross-functional project management experience
