Job Requirements:

• Strong data analysis and demonstrated problem-solving capabilities, Strong interpersonal skills with an ability to work well on a team and with external vendors, while at the same time being able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• 1-3 years of relevant experience in RPA and supporting automation technology
• Review Logs and communicate with wider business providing first point of support for BluePrism processes.
• Responsible for onboarding of newly automated process into production-which include code review, validating documentation and user acceptance testing, resource allocation, scheduling processes and monitoring.
• Possesses good knowledge of different client/server architectures and various compatibility requirements.
• Analyze exceptions ensuring automations are continuing to perform without problems and processing manual exceptions where required.
• Must ensure teams follow the correct procedures, policies and documentation requirements across project phases.
• A student of technology that stays abreast of new and emerging tools that have the potential to positively transform our automation processes/tools.
• Work with partners to analyze and assess automation feasibility of business processes
• Support the day-to-day running of automated processes performed via BluePrism and manage exceptions. Ensuring successful completion of all automated processes which also includes communication with stakeholders.
