Job Description:

The Salesforce Solution Engineer will analyze and enhance our highly customized Salesforce Platform built to run customer relationship management, client operations and business workflow automation applications. To be successful in this role, you need to have a passion in building solutions leveraging Salesforce platform and be hands on with declarative workflow tools, custom app setup, managed package apps and data integrations.

Job Responsibilities:

• Evaluate Salesforce ecosystem tools frequently to bring in new capabilities that improve processes and enhance cross-functional collaboration
• Work with development teams to implement solutions that require integrations and/or connectivity to other systems
• Build custom apps and objects, formula fields, flows, custom views, and other content of intermediate complexity
• Build Salesforce platform involving: Flows, Process Builder, UI Configuration, managed packages, creation and refinement of complex data models, business process automation and other custom functionality
• Enhance current workflow and build new workflows in Salesforce to increase efficiencies of the multiple business teams
• Design, develop, document, test and modify on-going customization and adjustments to Salesforce platform
• Prepare solution documentation that includes functional designs
• Understand how the various departments use Salesforce to perform their daily operations and empower user base by supporting current functionality of the Salesforce application
• Administer and support installed AppExchange applications

Job Requirements:

• Experience with core app exchange apps like email to case premium, rollup helper, grid buddy, conga, DocuSign CLM (+)
• 3+ years of experience with Sales, Service or Financial Services Cloud
• Solution Engineering / Architect experience on Implementation Projects
• Certified Salesforce System Architect (+)
• Certified Platform App Builder
• Project Experience involving Salesforce data integrations and working with developers
• Creative and critical thinking, problem-solving, planning, prioritization, teamwork, and organizational skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with an emphasis in the ability to clearly flow chart processes and data flow
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science or MBA – Finance / Business
• 3+ years of experience with Salesforce Lightning configuration & Flows
• 5+ years of experience in Senior Administration or Salesforce consulting with an emphasis on optimizing business processes
