Job Description:

We’re looking for a talented, hands-on, self-driven lead developer to join a strong growing Salesforce technology team. In this role you will be responsible to design and implement solutions within the Salesforce platform, with a focus to build custom reusable web components and integrations.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Build a robust source code, integration, and deployment environment, with familiarity to metadata API, ANT migration, SFDX, Salesforce CLI, Jenkins and Bitbucket
  • Be responsible for developing and customizing Salesforce applications using APEX, Aura Lightning Platform (AURA, LWC framework), JavaScript, SOQL, SOSL, HTML, CSS, SOAP / REST Webservices
  • Participate and contribute actively to build towards event-based integration architecture
  • Build and maintain code, customizations, and custom REST endpoints in multiple Salesforce orgs
  • Lead technical initiatives of mid to large scale projects across multiple Salesforce orgs
  • Design and implement solutions based on user stories using all available tooling within the Salesforce platform, with a focus on building/enhancing Lightning Web Components and integrations
  • Write maintainable code with appropriate test coverage, maturing to a professional software engineering environment

Job Requirements:

  • Experience with Salesforce Platform events, Streaming API, Change data capture
  • 10+ years of software development background with prior core Java experience
  • Experience with Salesforce APIs, Salesforce connectors, middleware solutions like Kafka, MuleSoft
  • 7+ years’ experience in Salesforce Development including Custom Objects, Apex, Triggers, Web Services, Visualforce, REST APIs, SOAP Web
  • Services and Migration Tools
  • Salesforce Certified Application Architect
  • Experience in Amazon Web Services (AWS) ecosystem (+)
  • 4+ years’ experience in building custom UI solutions using Salesforce Lightning design system (SLDS), Salesforce Lightning UI, LWC, web technologies (HTML 5, CSS3, XML, jQuery, JavaScript)
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems or related field
