Job Description:
We’re excited to have an opportunity in our Finance team for a Finance Accounting Associate. You’ll partner closely with a range of stakeholders including wider UK Finance, US Finance and the wider business. You’ll provide oversight of key financial controls as well as independently managing processes and relationships, in addition supporting key partners in project work.
Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for preparation of monthly and quarterly reporting and variance analysis
- Ownership of finance processes including oversight of offshore reconciliations
- Partner on business wide project work
- Perform relevant key controls testing as set out in our risk management system of record
- Support with Month End close including journal entries, both US GAAP and IFRS
Job Requirements:
- Proven ability to build strong relationships within team, wider department and offshore teams
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
- Someone keen to progress their finance career including studying for their finance qualification (ACCA, ACA or CIMA)
- Ability to work on your own initiative and manage own time across multiple tasks
- Experience working in a Finance or Audit team
- Comfortable with new technology and using multiple systems
