Job Description:

You’ll support and steer a group of Technical Programme Managers to achieve the successful delivery of features and initiatives that are delightful and vital to the lives of credit card consumers across all walks of life

Job Responsibilities:

• Be accountable for reporting progress of goal team delivery and be the conduit for a wide group who want to understand more about the work being delivered within your goal team.
• Work together with Product Managers, Designers and Engineers to ensure the Goal Team roadmap and goal team backlog are maintained and healthy
• You’ll coach your Technical Programme Managers on how to achieve their technical, business and personal goals
• Be the agile conscience of the goal team and ensure agile ceremonies are efficient, effective and have a clear purpose with a continuous focus on improvement
• You will appropriately balance improvements in the short term delivery space with longer term investments to improve delivery in outlying years

Job Requirements:

• A credible track record of improving the productivity of delivery
• A passion for recruiting and developing great delivery management talent
• An understanding of the necessary technical parts to steer and guide cross-functional teams
• Excellent problem solving skills, providing structured thinking and understanding to big problems, transforming them into actionable work for teams, coupled with an unwavering desire to deliver for our customers and business
• A proven experience for delivering technical projects in a fast paced environment, ideally utilising agile delivery methodologies
