Job Description:

Responsible for affecting change through internal consultancy, planned and ad hoc, supporting the ODCIO to continue the transformation of UK Tech and the wider business. Key focus is on supporting the team on their journey of improving the transparency of the investment portfolio to stakeholders from Board members through to Delivery teams

Job Responsibilities:

• Being the point of contact for UK Tech and Tech Delivery for expert consultancy on data, metrics reporting and analysis
• Analysis of Customer and Stakeholder needs
• Championing data driven decision making ensuring practices across UK Tech and the wider business are integrated to optimise analysis and insight
• Seeking opportunities in the team to share learnings, experience and expertise in your field
• Contributing to the ODCIO roadmap to ensure that we are delivering the right changes for our customers and stakeholders across the business
• Seeking new opportunities to improve metrics reporting and data visualisation
• Supporting the creation of and providing insight in the preparation of Governance material evolving to cover monthly business performance reviews to quarterly Board and regulatory examinations

Job Requirements:

• Exceptional Stakeholder Management with presence and impact to influence senior stakeholders
• Resilient to change, able to drive to clarity in ambiguous situations and adapt quickly.
• Proven Analytical Skills
• Experience in executive level reporting
• Experienced in data analysis, able to gather requirements in order to manage the build of models and user friendly data dashboards that allow for self service using Tableau
• Be curious in order to explore and understand what data is telling you
• Self-starter and independent worker. You should be able to work independently to tackle complex problems
• Be pragmatic and demonstrate incremental problem solving
• Experience in creating visualisations and presentations that can bring the data story to life
• Excellent communication skills. You should be able to successfully fulfil a ‘customer facing’ role and represent the team
• A proven ability to take complex or ambiguous problems and, with little guidance, set up a structured approach to investigation
