Job Description:
We work closely with partners in Product and Engineering within a Tribes model. Each Tribe looks after a specific area of the customer experience, and owns its own vision, commercials and a consumer-facing agenda.
We’re collaborative by nature, and work with the wider business all the way through the delivery journey. Building roadmaps and working to identify, address and resolve delivery challenges. We also have an established Design Strategy and in-house Research facility.
Job Responsibilities:
- Work with our Research and Strategy teams to plan and execute quantitive and qualitive research to get user feedback on your prototypes and designs
- Lead a team of Designers, offering people leadership support and guidance, as well as getting hands on with the creative process
- Lead on the development of new and existing projects, working in close partnership with product owners, engineering teams and others around the business
- Build strong relationships and partnerships with engineering teams, getting to know their needs, operational challenges, opportunities and cadence to get your solution into the hands of the user
- Be an active member of the wider Design team, working openly to co-create solutions, review work and maintain our incredibly high standard of work
- Effectively communicate strategic concepts using sketches, wireflows, block diagrams, etc
Job Requirements:
- Portfolio demonstrating your UX design process and visual design
- Experience leading a team of designers, and a passion for developing your team’s skills and design practice
- Experience working in an Agile environment
- Skilled using relevant tools like Figma, Sketch, Framer, InVision, Adobe Suite
- Proven experience (in-house or client-side) designing digital products and features for mobile or desktop, native app or web
