Job Description:
Use leadership skills to drive and motivate a diverse slate of complex and high priority projects to deliver transparent and engaging execution of strategic imperatives and well-managed processes.
Job Responsibilities:
- Partner cross-functionally inside and outside of EA to provide strategic and tactical thought partnership to effectively drive results and ensure delivery continues to run smoothly in broader context
- Serve as subject matter expert in EA on the execution of strategic initiatives in a well-managed, sustainable way
- Build relationships and collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure delivery of resources and commitments from partner teams
- Partner with the External Affairs Strategy and Consulting team to identify the departments next big priorities and shape them for delivery.
- Live the principles of positivity, humility, inclusivity, and sound judgment every step of the way and value diversity of thought, regardless of title or job function
- Develop and manage strategic frameworks to deliver initiatives in a complex dynamic environment, constantly revising needs to meet changing requirements
Job Requirements:
- At least 5 years of project management experience
- At least 8 years of project management experience
- At least 3 years of people leadership experience
- At least 5 years of people leadership experience
- Bachelor’s Degree or Military experience
