Job Responsibilities:

  • Work with cloud native stack, build on AWS, use technologies like Kubernetes and serverless
  • Share your passion for staying on top of tech trends, experimenting with and learning new technologies, participating in internal & external technology communities, mentoring other members of the engineering community, and be asked to code or evaluate code
  • Lead a portfolio of diverse technology projects and a team of developers with deep experience in machine learning, distributed micro-services, distributed event streaming and full stack systems to create solutions that help meet regulatory needs for the company
  • Collaborate with digital product managers, and deliver robust cloud-based solutions that drive powerful experiences to help millions of Americans achieve financial empowerment

Job Requirements:

  • Java, Spring Framework
  • At least 10 years of experience in software engineering, developing Customer Facing Applications using large data bases & high volume of transactions.
  • At least 3 years of people management experience, managing a team of of 10+ engineers directly, responsible for performance management and development
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or a related field
  • Javascript/TypeScript, Angular/Lit Framework/React.js, or Node.js
  • 10+ years of experience in at least one of the following:
  • At least 2 years experience with a public cloud (AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud)
  • 5+ years of experience in open source frameworks
  • 5+ years of experience in Agile practices
