Job Description:
This role consists of recruiting/sourcing professionals in Business Analysis, Product, Process and whatever other professional roles might come your way! The people you’ll hire will be leading small teams or individually contributing to our company’s success. You’ll have to find people at meetups, conferences, professional networks, or through referrals. It will be your job to assess their skills and help showcase how great our culture at Capital One is.
Job Responsibilities:
- Stay current with competitor trends and market research along with the wider business imperatives and goals to give you a deeper understanding of the market and how this relates to our hiring needs
- Support Talent Acquisition Partners across key roles and business areas and proactively source diverse talent for experienced hire roles
- Build positive relationships with potential candidates and have great conversations about our culture and the roles you’re hiring for
- Manage pipelines focusing on providing additional support to candidates from underrepresented backgrounds including coaching calls and interview preparation
- Partner with Talent Acquisition Leads and Hiring Managers to understand their requirements and underrepresented talent areas then use this insight to identify new channels and innovative methods to attract diverse talent to Capital One
Job Requirements:
- At least 3 years of experience sourcing candidates
- At least 3 years of Professional recruiting experience
- Experience working in a recruiting/staffing agency
- Experience working as an in-house corporate recruiter/sourcer
