Job Description:

Analyzes business problems and issues using data from internal and external sources to provide insight to analysts and decision makers. Identifies and interprets trends and patterns in datasets to locate influences. Creates specifications for reports and analysis based on business needs and required or available data elements.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Act as a team lead on a specific Vertical and manage Business Intelligence Analysts’ workloads
  • Move to being a project leader on complex and highly visible projects.
  • Set the strategic vision and direction and lead the planning and execution for the teams
  • Understand of segment strategy, and dollarize enterprise benefits
  • Present insights outputs to Senior leaders and advisors,
  • Incorporate knowledge of analytical methods and business acumen to guide cross-functional teams in the chartering and execution of work
  • As the project leader the incumbent will be responsible for managing the project charter, team and stakeholder communications, and the overall project plan and budget
  • Technical expert level Tableau Desktop Developer Skills & Expert level Tableau Server Skills and expert level Power BI Developer and Pro Skills, Power Apps & Flow

Job Requirements:

  • Fields of study include computer science, business, mathematics, economics, statistics, management, engineering or in a related field
  • Project management portfolio experience from effective requirements gathering, risk management through visualizing insights
  • PhD & 3-5 years of business experience
  • Bachelor’s degree & 6-8 years of business experience, or a
  • Self-starter and driven
  • 5+ years of experience in design and prototyping dynamic views and visualizations for large and complex data sets in Tableau and/or Power BI
  • Working knowledge of two or more programming languages
  • Visual design expertise & passion for graphic design
  • 3+ years of project management experience for highly visible solutions used broadly across the organization
  • Excellent communication skills (provide high-level view of detailed projects)
  • Master’s degree & 4-6 years of business experience, or a
