Job Description:
The CTI business is responsible for managing Citi Treasury’s central liquidity and investment portfolios, executing the interest rate & foreign exchange hedge programs and providing internal US dollar financing to other trading desks. CTI is also responsible for third party funding such as the issuance of benchmark debt, structured notes and credit card securitizations.
Job Responsibilities:
- Chairing weekly working group meetings with stakeholders across CTI trading desks, product control, risk, operations & technology
- Clear summarizing of key discussion points and action items upon meeting closure
- Work closely with business and finance partners to understand business requirements
- Writing of Project Charters, BRDs & Test Plans
- Partnering with accountable participants to ensure prompt follow-ups are completed
- Tracking general progress and escalating all risks and issues on a daily basis
Job Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree required. Graduate level degree a plus, PMP Certification a plus
- 7+ years of experience within financial services or consulting
- Abstract critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Technical skills required: MS Visio, MS Project, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint
- Superior attention to detail and diligence sufficient to withstand scrutiny of a senior audience
- Strong team collaborator and partnering skills
- 3 years of experience within project management and the software delivery lifecycle (SDLC)
- Significant intellectual curiosity and desire to learn how Citi Treasury functions
