Job Description:
As a Lead Program Manager (Transformation), you will have the opportunity to manage the activities required to ready our onboarding team for multiple products and solutions from design through launch. This role partners with Product Management, Controls, Business Management, Onboarding Management, technology and SME’s to deliver the most effective client onboarding experience possible
Job Responsibilities:
- Partner with senior business leaders and a widely distributed global community to define and implement solutions
- Define and execute training for new product launches
- Responsible for the preparation and maintenance of materials and artifacts that are required to support the Onboarding business
- Engaging with Product Managers to understand new solutions to enable an excellent client onboarding experience aligned with the design principles
- Partnering with Onboarding Functional Leads to continuously refine processes and controls
- Coordinate and participate in Senior Steering and working group sessions
Job Requirements:
- Process design/ reengineering experience
- Ability to leverage organizational network to deliver material results.
- Highly energetic & positive with a proven ability to work independently (self-starter).
- 5+ years’ experience in related field
- Flexibility – ability to manage a large & varying workload (i.e., volume, complexity & composition)
- Strong Control awareness and analytical approach
- Results orientation, strong execution skills
- Attention to detail & diligence
- Bachelors/University degree
- Project Management Certification (PMI) desired
- Process Re-engineering (Lean Six Sigma) desired
- Excellent interpersonal & communication skills
- Strong partnership orientation – proven ability to overcome challenges with partners collaboratively & hold partners/colleagues to account for accurate delivery
