Job Description:
Global Strategy & Change Management Senior Analyst will be responsible for partnering with ICRM Stakeholders, Technology, Regional & Global MIS teams and ICRM Management to identify and drive implementation of various Global Strategic initiatives.
Job Responsibilities:
- Prepare reporting and presentations for various management and operational needs.
- Serve as primary point of contact to ensure all highly visible audit requests are tracked, reviewed by senior management, and delivered on schedule.
- Establish and promote global communications to ensure regular scheduled delivery and consistency
- Establish and drive consistent usage of the COR Reports (Critical Operating Reporting) for the Global Metrics Organization.
- Develop and implement COR Dashboard for FIU Leadership (Tableau).
- Promote usage of core reporting tools and drive reduction of existing manual reporting solution, including reduction of EUC (End User Computing).
- Represent Global Metrics in Transformation related activities for Citi/ICRM Data Transformation, bridging the gaps between current and future state reporting.
- Establish, Implement and Deliver on Strategic Dashboards to include AML (Anti-Money Laundering, ABC (Anti-Bribery & Corruption) and Sanctions (Tableau).
- Establish and drive forward looking / forecasting / benchmarking metrics initiative by obtaining appropriate data access, data clearances, system access and report development (Tableau).
- Identify and drive consolidation and / or automation opportunities within Global Metrics organization.
- Identify and drive operational process improvements within Global Metrics organization.
Job Requirements:
- 5+ Years in data management, forecasting and report development
- 5+ Years working with various business intelligence tools (Tableau, MSTR, DataIku)
- Experience working in global and complex settings with multiple stakeholders
- Knowledge of the financial services industry
- 5+ Years in process analysis, metrics, change management and / or project management
- 5+ Years in ICRM / AML
- Proven ability to work in high-pressure, time-sensitive environments
- Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication skills
- Knowledge of risk management processes and procedures
- Proven ability to work in a team of diverse skill sets and cultures
- Bachelor’s Degree/University degree or equivalent experience
- CAMS or other industry certification a plus
