Job Description:
Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) is a part of Citi’s Risk Management organization that is responsible for Enterprise-level risk identification, management, and analytics, including stress testing across multiple asset classes and risk stripes. The enterprise-level stress testing program is sponsored by the Citigroup CRO, who reviews the stress testing results with the rest of the executive management team.
Job Responsibilities:
- Coordinate the interactions between business/risk users, IT developers and model owners.
- Create test cases/plan based on the business requirements, and document User Acceptance Testing (UAT) plan; Conduct the first-round of testing before UAT starts.
- Assist users to conduct acceptance testing to ensure all the requirements are met.
- Support the development of ERA data, analytics & tools projects.
- Conduct meetings with users and stakeholders to document all the stated requirements in Business Requirement Documents (BRD) for each individual project.
Job Requirements:
- Highly organized self-starter, capable of working independently
- Knowledge of quality assurance and testing is a plus
- BS degree is required
- Excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills are required
