Job Description:
The Infrastructure Senior Manager is an intermediate level role responsible for managing team who provides Level 3 support in the following areas: Microsoft Endpoint Manger Configuration Manager, Microsoft Office, and Desktop support. The role requires broad knowledge of systems management administration products and application of that expertise to assure deployments meet the highest success percentages.
Job Responsibilities:

- Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of how Microsoft Endpoint Manger integrates within the overall technology function to achieve business goals
- Provide evaluative judgment based on analysis of factual information; resolves problems by identifying and selecting solutions through the application of acquired technical experience and guided by precedents.
- Has the ability to operate with a limited level of direct supervision.
- Can exercise independence of judgement and autonomy.
Ensure ongoing compliance with regulatory requirements, evaluate controls to help mitigate negative outcomes through prevention, detection and correction - Persuades and influences others through communication skills; may negotiate with external parties
- Apply knowledge of concepts and software deployment troubleshooting to resolve issues for desktops, Microsoft Office, and MEMCM
- 3+ years of direct expertise working to troubleshoot low level system issues on SCCM, Office, Desktops and deployments.
- Acts as SME to senior stakeholders and /or other team members.
- Ability to manage global teams and deliverables
- Lead, evaluate, provide resources and drive the Level 3 team towards the highest support goals
- Apply Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (SCCM) expertise to strategize for current/future technological developments and serve as point of contact for technical questions and administer the ticket queue
Job Requirements:
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Effective analytic/diagnostic skills
- Ability to partner with virtual and in-person teams, define goals to a team, and work under pressure or to a deadline
- Project management experience preferably using products like JIRA for scrums
- Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical audience
- Significant experience in a Technology Infrastructure role with people management experience
- Expert level achievements on MEMCM, Windows 10, and MS Office
- Experience in a Financial Services or large complex and/or global environment preferred
- Ability to develop projects required for design of metrics, analytical tools, benchmarking and best practices
