Job Description:

As the Regional Head of Talent Sourcing (TS) you will work in partnership with the Global Head of Talent Sourcing and the Talent Sourcing Management Team, you will be responsible for setting the strategy and direction of the recruitment function to ensure that Deutsche Bank attracts and hires the best diverse talent across all divisions of the bank.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide operational vendor management oversight across all vendors providing services to TS, driving the strategy for vendor usage including creating business cases and key driver of RFI/RFPs
  • Continually review recruiting function delivery identifying and implementing initiatives which increase efficiencies, reduce cost and improve quality of service delivery
  • Manage and be accountable for recruitment strategy and needs of the UKI region, driving efficiency, effectiveness, inclusion and business engagement through the whole recruitment cycle
  • Implement and continuously evolve the regional diversity and inclusion agenda through hiring including engaging with recruiters and senior business leaders
  • Manage team across Birmingham and London providing guidance, development, support and creating a collaborative environment to maximise creativity and productivity

Job Requirements:

  • Extensive business stakeholder engagement and influencing skills
  • Extensive experience working in recruiting and HR functions
  • Experience of people management with large teams and functions
  • A collaborative team orientated mindset with experience working across matrix organisations
  • Vendor management experience with RPOs/MSP and other HR services preferable
