Job Description:
The FX Prime Brokerage Client Services representative serves as the primary point of contact for global FXPB clients and is responsible for managing the client’s operational experience.
Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct exception management/approvals for trades not within legally agreed upon products, credit limits, tenors, and counterparties
- Manage trade capture, trade booking, reconciliation, and trade event management of FX trades
- Client Solutions – collaborate with Sales, Product, SRG, Transitions, Client Services and Technology teams to understand client needs and implement innovative solutions for existing clients. Identify areas of inefficiency or risk and proactively work toward appropriate changes
- Monitor/resolve control reporting breaks and escalate where needed
- Act as primary point of contact for client issues and escalations, following up with internal/external teams until resolution
- Liaise with relevant technology/support group for any feed issues and keep appropriate stakeholders informed
Job Requirements:
- Ability to identify and prioritize multiple tasks with keen attention to detail and focus on risk management
- Bachelor’s degree and/or relevant experience working in Financial Services, preferably in a client facing role
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Foreign Exchange (FX) product knowledge
- Data analysis experience and strong Microsoft Excel skills
