Job Description:
The purpose of this role is to support and optimise the procurement, connection and grid integration of IPP generation Projects by enhancing planning, design, and implementation with Eskom, municipalities and all spheres of Government and to ensure technical dependencies are identified, optimised and standardised.
Job Responsibilities:
- Optimise integration of IPP Procurement Programmes and technical dependencies
- Maintaining effective stakeholder relationships
- Enhancement of utility planning for IPP integration
- Effective problem solving, pro-active risk management and channelling of information
- Ensuring enhanced and equitable grid codes for generation integration
- Provide specialist technology guidance and support for generation procurement
- Grid connection capacity optimisation for IPP’s
