Job Description:

As the Middle Office Operations Lead you will be responsible for the supervision and oversight of a team and/or of workflow and functions. You will be responsible for people management, workflow, training and performance of controls.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Preparation of presentations of strategic updates to leadership. Produce timely deliverables in adherence to project deadlines
  • Lead scoping exercises to document current state. Process reengineering by reviewing opportunities and making recommendations to improve/increase efficiencies. Provide inputs in designing of the future state operating model
  • Support process and technology initiatives as needed
  • Hear from our people and look inside our office:
  • Attend meetings in order to document meeting minutes and action items
  • Maintain, coordinate, and organize department documentation materials
  • Collect and analyze data to support reviews of the Wealth Management Operations organization and firm-wide initiatives

Job Requirements:

  • Intermediate knowledge with Project Management
  • Familiarity with Wealth Management including deposits, brokerage, and investments businesses. Understands the nature of risks and controls
  • Intermediate experience with MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Visio)
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, work to tight deadlines, be an excellent team player and able to work in virtual global team. Creative with ability to problem solve and think outside the box
  • Experience working on Transformation Projects and working in large scale and global projects
