Job Description:
You will use your specialist knowledge and expertise to partner with the business to develop leaders for the future (maximising their impact, readiness, suitability and people capabilities) and anticipate future capability requirements whilst developing engaging solutions.
Job Responsibilities:
- Skilled at preparing presentations with a data-led storyline for senior management and the Management Board and comfortable at liaising with senior stakeholders when required
- Introduce, asses and report relevant talent data to ensure transparency on divisional and Bank-wide themes which should inform business priorities
- Drive projects in a structured way, demonstrating a clear understanding of the strategic agenda and taking ownership of the end-to-end delivery of the work
- Working autonomously to handle complex analyses and assessing best possible solutions for senior team members
- Work closely with colleagues across Human Resources to maximise the use of resources, knowledge and best practices as well as to operationalise development approaches
Job Requirements:
- Methodical and reliable in both recording data, maintaining files and proactively monitoring next steps
- Ability to handle, interrogate and present large quantities of data in Excel and convert it into clear reporting to support management decisions; strong experience with Powerpoint, Sharepoint and Adobe also beneficial
- Significant project management experience for large global initiatives; ideally within a HR/Talent Development environment
- Collaborative; able to build productive partnerships with both the business and different areas in HR to drive execution
- Experience developing briefings and presentations for executive / board level meetings
