Job Description:

Our Design team seeks to simplify complex banking journeys to create enjoyable user experiences. We are looking for a unique Product Designer to craft products that serve a diverse audience.

Job Responsibilities:

• Use both qualitative and quantitative research methods to create designs all the way to clickable prototypes along the entire banking process
• Design user-friendly responsive web and mobile applications
• Design and implement design continuity processes
• Perform project-specific design reviews
• Drive programs through design, development, and delivery while identifying continuous improvement opportunities

Job Requirements:

• Experience with project management
• Exposure working with Sketch or Figma and creating clickable prototypes with Invision, Marvel, or Flinto
• Experience working on seamless user experience for dedicated mobile-first solutions
• Knowledge of digital product design and tools such as Sketch or Figma
• Experience with agile methods
