Job Description:
Based on a solid understanding of end-to-end processes you will work collaboratively with key HR functions to deliver a high quality of service to clients. You will be a key contributor to the development of the Business Advisory Centre through involvement in performance improvement projects and implementation of best practice initiatives across the team.
Job Responsibilities:
- Executing change initiatives in new organisational models, restructuring, near shoring and deliverables; also coordinating key projects including diversity and retention initiatives
- Partnering with the business and Business Partners, in implementing the HR People agenda initiatives; providing advice to employees and managers on people topics and executing lifecycle process tasks both effectively and efficiently
- Heavily involved in the year-end compensation process, including reviews of fixed and variable pay audit checks, providing advice to the business and running spend analysis
- Supporting performance management activity, for example, annual performance reviews, feedback activity & management of underperformance
- Employee relations cases; including management of investigations, facilitating conversations with respect to conflict/dispute resolution and consequence management
Job Requirements:
- Ability to develop effective relationships with the business and across the HR team to leverage results; evidence of delivering ‘value added’ interventions
- A depth of experience within HR and proven ability to partner with & provide solutions to challenging client groups as they experience significant change
- Experience of working within a complex and matrix organisation and experience of developing talent within the HR function
- Proven process mind-set and ability to prioritise and manage high volumes within a high-pressure environment
- Experience in managing employee relations cases; as well as complex restructuring initiatives and redundancy cases
