Job Description:

The CLT central programme office is a small but high impact team tasked to orchestrate and drive the execution of the programme. As a critical programme for the Bank with active Management Board sponsorship and you will play a critical role in establishing the plan and driving execution across all aspects of the programme.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide robust programme delivery oversight, challenging the status-quo and adding rigour to the programme to improve the overall quality of delivery
  • Achieve compliance for the programme with all Bank wide programme delivery standards
  • Executing a best-in-class programmatic framework, to enable seamless and consistent delivery of the CLT
  • Provide excellent problem solving and complexity management capabilities
  • Ensure clear and concise communication of the delivery narrative to global stakeholders – internal & external

Job Requirements:

  • Outstanding capability in understanding and unpicking complex material, building compelling presentations and programme collateral to share with senior stakeholders
  • Good understanding of the global financial regulatory & client lifecycle environment
  • Previous experience working within a large change management function and performing project management roles with a deep understanding of delivering change
  • Structured, organised and results oriented approach, demonstrating a high level of diligence and attention to detail and the ability to ensure high quality and consistency in all deliverables
