Job Description:

We are looking for an E-Learning Instructional Designer to design our digital learning content and join our EMEA Sales Training Team as we grow the platform of e-learning and sales training.

Job Responsibilities:

  • You develop topics for new e-learning courses or learning applications, do extensive research and supplement this with concepts and project plans.
  • You will be responsible for preparing content for WBTs, gamification, mobile learning, VR & AR.
  • You will create storyboards for new e-learning courses in close collaboration with other departments and implement them in a timely manner.
  • You define requirements for tracking and certification.
  • You will support the Blended Learning Project Manager in the development and implementation of appropriate blended learning concepts (in German and English).
  • You work with the authoring tool Articulate360.
  • You are an idea generator for the introduction of new learning formats for different target groups
  • You will manage the learning content of our LMS system and work closely with our LMS Administrator and Training Co-ordinator.

Job Requirements:

  • Experienced in video production and editing (adobe premiere pro and after effects)
  • Mastery of basic skills with SCORM or web development tools.
  • You enjoy working in an international team environment
  • Bachelor’s degree required. Degree in Adult Education or Instructional Technology preferred.
  • You work independently and on your own responsibility and enjoy working with different internal and external interfaces.
  • Strong methodological skills, strong communication skills, creativity, and imagination.
  • You are interested in and enthusiastic about medical technology and sales.
  • Ability to present complex topics in a structured and comprehensible way.
  • 5+ years of eLearning instructional design experience (a portfolio of work samples will be required).
  • Experience using and integrating current technologies in learning environments.
  • Ideally, experienced in working with Adobe Creative Cloud (photoshop )
  • Fluent written and spoken English and German skills
