Safety and Security are key pillars of The Walt Disney Company and the Global Security team continuously strives to improve and advance the security, safety, and emergency preparedness of the Company through a number of efforts, including employee awareness, communications, outreach, and training opportunities.
Job Responsibilities:
- Translate complex business priorities, technical processes, and policies into compelling and actionable written and visual communications that are easy for employees to understand.
- Assist with posting content and building basic pages on internal WordPress site.
- Design clear and compelling handouts, charts, presentation slides, and related graphics that illustrate complex security concepts and complement written materials.
- Create informative communication campaigns that are deployed to a variety of internal platforms, including newsletters, websites, digital display boards, physical signage, Slack, and more.
- Build trusted and effective relationships with a wide range of internal stakeholders and partners.
- Gather and analyze communication metrics to determine effectiveness.
- Monitor security industry news and communication industry trends to inform future communications.
