Job Description:
Plan, implement, monitor and evaluate systems and services related to income financial practices, ensuring compliance with accounting practices, Local Government Acts and overall finance strategy
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage all human resources issues in the Customer Care Centre to ensure effective and determined staff to provide meaningful context, setting performance standards, educating and development of sub-ordinates
- Manage the Pau-Point to ensure an effective and informed decisions regarding financial to comply to the MFMA and other related financial legislation
- Compile and coordinate reports for submission to the Area Manager for decision-making, consideration and information to achieve and meet sectional set objectives and goals
- Assist public with regards to all account related enquiries to ensure good customer relations
Job Requirements:
- 5 years’ experience in a similar environment
- BCom in Accounting or relevant equivalent NQF Level 7 qualification
- Interpersonal skills
