Job Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with internal operational teams to determine options and solutions for clients
- Act as a local, knowledgeable resource for an assigned book of Fleet Management clients, primarily through phone and email
- Input and initiate vehicle quotes and orders for clients
- Participate in monthly development meetings and assist in achieving department goals
- Create, update and distribute client lease documents and field related questions
- Assist the sales team by preparing documents, materials and reports for client meetings, and attend as requested
- Manage all administrative and sales support tasks related to the client base
Job Requirements:
- Must have 3+ years of logistics, supply chain or prior client, sales, or vendor support experience
- Must have at least 1 year of successful client communication or experience in collaboration and having adversarial conversations
- Must have basic computer skills (Word, Excel and Power Point)
- Must reside in Salt Lake City, UT or the surrounding UT counties
- Must have high speed internet connection with upload/download speed of 3MB or greater
- Must be willing to accept $45,790 for this position
- Must have 3+ years of successful experience with problem resolution or analyzing data to make recommendations
- Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future
