Job Description:

The main objective of the Marketing Specialist e-commerce – Retail & Returns is to expand the network of alternative delivery options and locations of FedEx across Europe to enhance the End-to-End user experience for e-commerce shippers and shoppers.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Making a successful link between the business capabilities and our customers’ needs
  • Improving the Shipper and Shopper experience, measured through surveys;
  • Manage and facilitate co-operation within multi-disciplinary teams
  • Growing FedEx’ network pickup/delivery efficiency by connecting lowest-cost networks
  • Setting goals and reporting back on these regularly.
  • Grow MVP’s in full-service propositions, scalable across Europe over time
  • Drive retail volume growth for last-mile efficiency with implementing minimum viable products (MVP)

Job Requirements:

  • Preferably has basic Agile knowledge and working experience
  • Ability to travel to periodic meetings (several occasions per year)
  • Experience in managing various stakeholders and priorities
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written)
  • Experience in Project Management, Product Development
  • University Education (or equivalent through experience)
  • International business awareness/experience
  • Advanced Microsoft Powerpoint skills
