Job Description:
The main objective of the Marketing Specialist e-commerce – Retail & Returns is to expand the network of alternative delivery options and locations of FedEx across Europe to enhance the End-to-End user experience for e-commerce shippers and shoppers.
Job Responsibilities:
- Making a successful link between the business capabilities and our customers’ needs
- Improving the Shipper and Shopper experience, measured through surveys;
- Manage and facilitate co-operation within multi-disciplinary teams
- Growing FedEx’ network pickup/delivery efficiency by connecting lowest-cost networks
- Setting goals and reporting back on these regularly.
- Grow MVP’s in full-service propositions, scalable across Europe over time
- Drive retail volume growth for last-mile efficiency with implementing minimum viable products (MVP)
Job Requirements:
- Preferably has basic Agile knowledge and working experience
- Ability to travel to periodic meetings (several occasions per year)
- Experience in managing various stakeholders and priorities
- Fluent in English (spoken and written)
- Experience in Project Management, Product Development
- University Education (or equivalent through experience)
- International business awareness/experience
- Advanced Microsoft Powerpoint skills
