Job Description:

To deliver exceptional experience and education to Private Clients/Private Clients RMB clients on basic wealth creation, accumulation, and overall protection tactics to increase vertical sales index (VSI) and drive client retention and entrenchment through using contextual Money Management principles

Job Responsibilities:

  • Providing appropriate banking and financial solutions across an allocated portfolio of clients
  • Identify and utilize opportunities for revenue growth to deliver on sales targets
  • Conducting client reviews within the context of client engagements and market all financial services solutions within the relevant business offering
  • Delivering customer experience excellence in own service delivery aligned to Organizational values and service standards
  • Building working relationships across teams and functional lines to enhance work delivery, collaboration, and innovation
  • Participating in planned activities that are appropriate for own development
  • Achieving revenue and profit targets by growing portfolio base, providing independent holistic advice, solutions that ensure revenue and profit growth in line with stated KPI’s across the
  • Insure, Invest, Loans and Transact Pillars and Products
  • Executing on opportunities to expand our customer base with creditworthy and potentially profitable customers
  • Preventing wastage and identify process improvements to contain and reduce costs
  • Ensuring compliance to legislative and audit requirements and adherence to relevant processes
  • Developing, encouraging, and nurture collaborative relationships within FNB and/or across the business
  • Delivering internal and external customer service excellence through adherence to quality service standards
  • Developing new insights into situations and apply innovative solutions to make organizational improvements

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum Qualification – Relevant Educational and professional background Degree (NQF7) in Banking, Finance, Economics or Accounting with RE5 Regulatory Exam Certificate
  • Preferred Qualification – Certified Financial Planner (CFP)
  • Experience – 3 to 5 years’ experience in a similar environment (strong background in Banking /Investment / Financial Planning / Wealth Management
