Job Description:

Reporting to the Assistant Director, as one of our Housekeeping Managers, you would be responsible for managing daily Housekeeping operations in the hotel’s continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability. Specifically, you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

Job Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and conduct room inspections, ensure rooms are clean and available to guests in a timely and efficient manner
  • Participate in opening the department and assiging rooms with REX
  • Manage daily Housekeeping operations to include, but not limited to, maintaining cleanliness, service and product quality standards of guest rooms
  • Assist in monitoring and developing team member performance to include, but not limited to, providing supervision, conducting counseling and performance evaluations, coaching and counceling and delivering recognition and reward
  • Manage daily systems (OnQ, HotSOS, REX) use and management, cost controls and overall profitability, systems use and management, payroll, department management, policy and procedure implementation and enforcement and meeting participation and facilitation
