Job Description:

Job Responsibilities:
- Maintain standard and ad-hoc reports
- Research and resolve benefits and retirement program related issues
- Provide monthly call volume analysis and reports for the Benefits and Leave of Absence teams
- Conduct analysis and audits of employee benefits and retirement program
- Reconcile and process Medical, Life, LTD and FSA check register, retirement plan deposits, vendor invoices and financial reports
- Administration and communication of employee benefits (Health, Life, Long Term Disability (LTD), and Flexible Spending Account (FSA) benefits) and retirement programs (401(k),
- IRA, and Non-Qualified Plan benefits)
- Evaluate the efficiency and value of current programs and make recommendations for improvements and change
- Responsible for annual Medical, Life, LTD and FSA 5500 and SARS
- Understand and maintain Third Party Contracts/Agreements
- Maintain and administer HIPAA Privacy Policy
- Responsible for annual 401(k) Plan Audit including review of Financial Statements, 5500, and SARS
- Understand and interpret Legal Plan Documents
Job Requirements:
- Experience with Health, Dental, Life Insurance, LTD and Flex
- Experience with SAP software preferred
- Experience with third party vendor relationships
- Computer skills (Microsoft word, excel, and outlook)
- Excellent management, inter-personal and decision-making skills
- 5 – 7 years specialized Benefits experience
- Knowledge of 401(k) program
- Experience in report analysis and electronic system processes
- Experience with self-insured plan administration
