Our Product Content Coordinators contribute to the achievement of our vision by playing a key role in delivery, clear, concise and consistent content to our customers across a broad range of assets, including the product disclosure statements, target market determinations, websites, online sales tools.
Job Requirements:
- Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills, and the desire to develop long term positive working relationships
- Matric
- 3+ years’ experience in financial services
- Ability to transform legal insurance jargon into powerful plain language for customers.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills – concise, confident, and accurate with and an ability to understand and clearly communicate complex concepts and issues
