Job Description:
To manage all Contracts & Procurement relating to Motor & Non-Motor Claims in line with the Group’s overall purpose and vision. This includes compliance with transformation targets, continuous improvement, cost and efficiency drivers as well as managing overall customer experience for this commodity.
Job Responsibilities:
- Adjudication of tenders and selection of suppliers in line with the Group’s goals.
- Regularly review and monitoring of service levels.
- Providing feedback to internal and external stakeholders. Lead complex supplier negotiations
- Implement the Motor & Non-Motor claims strategy in line with the Group’s and Insure’s overall Procurement strategy.
- Manage suppliers e.g. Vehicle recovery, Motor body repair (Structural and Non Structural) as well as Motor Salvage and Car Hire, Structural, building repairs and Household content replacement.
- Provide leadership to the commodity specialist teams.
