Job Description:
We have a vacancy within the Extrusion Team for Warehouse Operative The successful candidates will form part of a flexible team reflected in the key responsibilities below. Shift pattern will be 8am-4pm
Job Responsibilities:
- Operate MHE using the correct procedures at all times.
- Engaging and adopting HOS principles (Lean and Six Sigma)
- Accurate receiving, breaking down and locating of goods.
- Ensuring products are picked, packed, and assembled accurately and in timely manner.
- Adherence to Risk Assessments, SOS Sheets and audit requirements.
- Adherence to Company and Legislative Health and Safety requirements.
- Contributing to the improvement of processes and safety maturity through the use of
Job Requirements:
- Self-motivated, Safety Conscious and target driven.
- Ability to work successfully as part of a team and on your own initiative.
- Flexible and able to complete a reasonable amount of overtime as required.
- Must be able to operate various pieces of MHE. Training may be provided for willing and able applicants
- Experience of different warehouse processes.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate at all levels using a variety of methods / tools.
- Basic understanding and use of SAP is desirable.
