Job Description:
The purpose of the Custodian position is to proactively maintain all facilities with a friendly demeanor and an eye for detail that supports industry leading cleanliness and appearance standards” Must Be Able To Pass A Criminal Background Check, Obtain And Maintain A Federally Mandated Security Clearance Where Required. ”
Job Responsibilities:
- Empties trash and sets out for collection.
- Cleans restrooms.
- Performs other related maintenance/janitorial services as requested.
- Performs janitorial services including floor mopping, polishing, stripping and waxing; rug vacuuming and shampooing; furniture dusting and polishing; window washing; and furniture unloading and moving.
Job Requirements:
- Very fundamental levels of the ability to read, write and follow simple oral instructions as might normally be acquired through up to 8 years of formal schooling.
