Job Description:

The HSBC West Coast team works with corporates that hold a global footprint across a variety of industries. The Global Relationship Manager (GRM) is the face of the Bank in our market; their role is to work directly with the management teams of our corporate clients and develop a deep understanding of their corporate strategies.

Job Requirements:

• Strong corporate banking product knowledge across Treasury/Cash Management, Foreign Exchange and Trade Finance
• Understanding of regulatory and compliance processes
• An understanding of investment banking products across Advisory and Debt & Equity Capital Markets
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects & engagements
• Credit underwriting knowledge and experience
• Outstanding business development skills, with proven experience of identifying product opportunities and seeing them through to a successful implementation
• Strong communication and influencing skills, with a proven ability to build long term workplace relationships
• Ability to lead deal teams and inspire junior staff
• Experience of working with international companies
• A client focused mindset with a “can do” attitude
