Job Responsibilities:
- Proven ability to shape and deploy strategic change and transformation programmes. Ability to co-ordinate the programme roadmap, handling changes as they arise and keeping stakeholders focused on the agreed change outcomes and benefits.
- Support the development and socialisation of the Global People Plan, helping to shape the priorities and the plan’s evolution as the needs and priorities of the team develop

- A track record in designing capability building programmes to drive the people development agenda, ensuring a highly engaged and high performing team environment
Job Requirements:

- Communication and influencing skills to manage multiple senior stakeholders – including the ability to persuade others to take action
