Job Responsibilities:

  • Proven ability to shape and deploy strategic change and transformation programmes. Ability to co-ordinate the programme roadmap, handling changes as they arise and keeping stakeholders focused on the agreed change outcomes and benefits.
  • Support the development and socialisation of the Global People Plan, helping to shape the priorities and the plan’s evolution as the needs and priorities of the team develop
  • Ability to identify better and more efficient ways of getting things done. Using influencing skills to bring leaders onboard to deliver a shared cultural vision
  • A track record in designing capability building programmes to drive the people development agenda, ensuring a highly engaged and high performing team environment

Job Requirements:

  • Coaching potential, if not experience, is essential
  • Communication and influencing skills to manage multiple senior stakeholders – including the ability to persuade others to take action
  • Someone who is fun to work with!
  • A ‘can do’ mindset – a sleeves-rolled-up approach to getting things moving and making progress.
  • A plate spinner by nature – capable of managing multiple high priority projects and stakeholder relationships
